My firsthand travel diary is a collection of these epic moments: from cruising the ancient waters of the Nile, skiing the slopes of Whistler, camping in the rugged Scottish Highlands, sipping Bordeaux from tiny wineries in St. Emilion, and taking private cooking classes on tiny, remote islands in Indonesia, the list goes on.
